into long term corporate leases with apartments, condos, and

homeowners. Once these units are professionally designed and

ready for occupancy, Suite Haven.ltd then markets the property

to large businesses, traveling healthcare workers, and 

other corporate clients such as oil, agriculture, etc. that need to house

employees, traveling clients, or remote workers.  For the property owner, landlord, and manager, we remove the management piece from the puzzle while guaranteeing monthly cash flow.  No more properties sitting vacant for weeks or months in between tenants.
