 Thanks to our guest screening process and safety systems in place, the highest quality guest is always guaranteed. We are able to pick up on any potential issues and handle accordingly before they even happen.

  • For any potential damages, we provide $1M insurance policy per unit.
  • WiFi Locks—controlled access
  • Noise detection sensors to ensure quiet hours.
  • Security cameras (where applicable) to ensure community guidelines are being followed.
  • Direct phone and email support 7 days a week.

 We understand for your business and our business, safety is the #1 priority. That's why before we accept any tenant we do our due diligence to:

1. Check databases of public state and county criminal records as well as state and national sex offender registries

2. Verify email address, phone number and government issued ID with Photo matching their ID

3. Require a list number of guests and reason for their trip

4. Must have good trade references

 Normal evictions can usually takes weeks. With Suite Haven, that's not the case. The lease is signed under Suite Haven as a corporate lease. In case of any issues with  a tenant, a member of our team is ready at standby and able to remove our tenants from the property same day and immediately without going through the typical eviction process.

 Our target customers are traveling workers. As a corporate housing company, we make the best returns and repeated business with 3 month (preferably longer) stays. In between contracts when there are vacancies, we allow shorter term stays to remain profitable throughout the year.
