1. Check databases of public state and county criminal records as well as state and national sex offender registries
2. Verify email address, phone number and government issued ID with Photo matching their ID
3. Require a list number of guests and reason for their trip
4. Must have good trade references
Normal evictions can usually takes weeks. With Suite Haven, that's not the case. The lease is signed under Suite Haven as a corporate lease. In case of any issues with a tenant, a member of our team is ready at standby and able to remove our tenants from the property same day and immediately without going through the typical eviction process.
Our target customers are traveling workers. As a corporate housing company, we make the best returns and repeated business with 3 month (preferably longer) stays. In between contracts when there are vacancies, we allow shorter term stays to remain profitable throughout the year.
